Missed Opportunities

There have been a number of times in recent history where blacks, and people of color, were passed over although they had the right qualifications and demeanor. Why? Not exactly because they were simply of another race, but because of what they represented: a different entity with its own culture, fashion, food, and overall way of life. In other words an existential threat to the majority, white people.
As trivial as it sounds, consider the White House Easter Event. Look at the following picture below.

Who do you see represented?  Exactly. And who better to confirm what I just said than than the man in this picture?

When I think of instances where race alone deterred others from being on the same page, I think of Obama's time in office. The Republicans were always saying "no" to his proposals, even though it might have even benefited their own base supporters. Think of Obamacare. Think even before he even got elected as president. I remember seeing magazines at stores that claimed Obama was a Muslim or he was born in Kenya, or various other false accusations. They even went further and accused him of being some sort of agent designed to end the American way of life.         If this type of thing can happen to the man at the very top, just imagine how often it occurs to those in normal society. We need to remember that Federal quotas on diversity in certain areas are being removed, even though people are hardly talking about them. But we will surely see it's effect ...

In other words, expect a complete annihilation of some of the progress Obama has made. Less grants and scholarships for studious, but poor minorities. Less time, if any, lending an ear to Black issues. And just an overall feeling of being abandoned and even hostility towards us.
